BENDAHMANE Mohammed， 法国 里昂 高等师范学校（ Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lyon）
植物繁殖与发育实验室 Flower morphogenesis 课题组首席研究员， PLoS ONE 期刊编委， 研究方向为植物花发育分子生物学。
主要以拟南芥、月季为研究材料， 从事与植物花器官形态建成（大小、 形状、 数目等）
的细胞与分子过程相关的基因鉴定、 功能分析及调控研究。
具体研究内 容涉及：
1 ）
发现拟南芥肿瘤蛋白 基因 TRANSLATIONALLY CONTROLLED TUMOR PROTEIN (TCTP)作为正向调节因子参与细胞有丝分裂基因网络的关键调控， 并证实与动物同源 TCTP 基因的功能差异； 2）
发现并证实转录因子 BPEp 通过茉莉酸途径控制细胞有丝分裂之后的延伸生长， 从而决定拟南芥花瓣的大小； 3）
证实月季花发育 C 类基因 RoAG（AGAMOUS 同源基因）在花分生组织中的表达水平和模式的变化是导致月季花重瓣化的重要原因； 4）研究中国月季的茶香味关键酶基因 dimethoxytoluene (DMT)的生物合成途径， 并推测 DMT 上游的 orcinol O-methyltransferases (OOMT)基因的分化可能是中国月季形成茶香味的原因。
相关研究成果已经在 PNAS， Plant cell， FEBS Letters， EMBO J.， Plant J.，PLoS ONE 等科研期刊发表论文 10 多篇。
报告人简介：
Anne-Françoise Adam-Blondon is the leader of the ”Grapevine and Forest Trees Genomics team” since 2004 and vice deputy of the Genetics and Breeding Department of the French National Institute for Agronomical Research (INRA) since 2010. She has carried out researches in the field of grapevine genetics since 1995 from the time she was hired by INRA. In 2002, she started to develop genomic tools for grapevine and, as such, was one of the coordinators of the French-Italian public effort for the sequencing of the grapevine genome.
